All postal codes in hanoi

I have sầu a friend in Ho Chi Minch City who I would lượt thích lớn mail a card khổng lồ, in order to lớn see if I can sover things via mail.

She insists a postal code is not needed. I have sầu found various links like http://www.geopostcodes.com/Ho_Chi_Minh but still she insists one is not needed. I'm getting the impression she's not really looking too hard khổng lồ find out, lol.

If I ever tried to send something via Amazon, it would need a postal code. A mặc định of 700000 is referenced.

How can I figure it out or help her figure it out? Or is it truly not needed (which I can't wrap my head around). She's in District 10.

It's not needed because it's not used. They exist, but no delivery service - not even the post office - actually uses them. Amazon can demand whatever information they want, but just because you have sầu khổng lồ enter something in the text box does not mean that it actually has any function.

As a side note, there are some countries that vì not have sầu postal codes at all. Not just that they don't use them, but they've never been assigned.

Well, you've sầu presumably got her address, so you can look up the City/District/Ward/Street/Number yourself. It still won't be used.

So long as you have a clear address, it will be fine with 700000.
